About the service
Notaro.ro is a platform operated by Notaro - cyber app that lets you find notary offices and make bookings online. Notaro - cyber app is not a notary office and does not provide notarial services — the notarial act is concluded solely between you and the notary office you choose.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed by the chosen notary office. Cancellation or changes follow each office's policy, shown at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or in ways that affect its operation.
Limitation of liability
Notaro.ro is not liable for the notarial services provided by offices, which are the sole responsibility of the notary.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
